Picpoul Blanc Food Pairings

Picpoul is a zesty, crisp wine that should be enjoyed fresh and young. The high acidity contributes to the crispness and is known as “a perfect white wine for red wine lovers”. Originally grown in the Languedoc region in Southern France, Picpoul is a wonderful warm weather wine.

Salads with goat cheese

Butter sauces
Parmesan cheese
Olive tapenade
Note: Refrain from using soy sauce when serving a Picpoul. The soy sauce does not enhance the wine’s zesty flavor.
